Here is a small sample of the videos I have created over the years. To see more you can check out my vimeo page or see much of my work on Gorilla Picture's animation reel.

Gorilla Pictures asked me to help them with a presentation by the CEO of Gilda's Club Grand Rapids. Gilda's Club is a nonprofit organization that serves as a haven for people suffering from cancer. Calvin Pohler of Pohler Design created the graphics and I animated them in After Effects. These graphics helped explain to the donors various concepts and statistics which enabled them to understand Gilda's Club's needs.

I worked on the Watchmen Motion Comic for Warner Bros as a contracted animator. I joined a team of other animators via the internet to take Dave Gibbons's artwork from Watchmen the graphic novel and bring it to life. Here are most of the animations I completed.

You can see the website for the Motion Comic here.

This is a logo animation for my church, Madison Square CRC in Grand Rapids, MI. It is to be used at the end of our video ministry's films when they are displayed on the web.
One of 12 videos done for Camp Roger, this is the weekly video for Session 1. Most sessions were about 7 days long and I recorded video all week as well as took photos for the website. I would edit the video for the previous session and have it uploaded to the website within about a week of the campers leaving.

Here is an animation intro for the Calvin College Communication Arts and Sciences Media Production Showcase. I created all the visuals (including a matching poster) and recorded many of the sound effects myself.

This is the intro I designed and animated for a student-produced cooking show called "Hey Mom, I Can't Cook!" Eric Buist helped with some of the design elements, Mike Rohlfing recorded the music, and I did the rest.

Once pre-production was complete, each student rotated crew positions for the live-to-tape shooting (two shows per week), and with a team of two other classmates I produced a one minute video package for each episode. I was the steadicam operator/DP, script editor, and VO recordist.
